Built in 1865, this replaced an earlier meeting hall. The manse was built to house the minister.

Including 12 Searle Street, this former Public House and Shop was built around 1870.
The General Sir Redver Buller
Now a Wetherspoons named after Redvers Buller the building dates from the late 18th century.
The National Westminster Bank
Built around 1870 the building was occupied by NatWest when the building was Grade II listed in the 1990's.
The Ship Hotel
The Ship was built around 1836 as the High Street was redesigned. It sits on the corner of the High Street and Market Street.

Late 1700's or early 1800's pub, with the current frontage added in the late 1800's.
Forecourt Walls, Gate Piers and Gateway to the Congregational Chapel
The walls that separate the church courtyard from the neighbouring street, as well as the gate piers date from 1865.
Lloyds Bank
Late 1860's build it is still used as a bank and offices. The ATM machine is not mentioned on the listing description.
Pownes House
Dating from around 1740 this town house is of a very similar design to 11 Union Road.
The White Swan Public House
This pub, 33 High Street, was built during the late 1700's.
Crediton Museum
Built in 1852 and now used as a museum its first use was as public rooms for The Literary Society. It later became the Town Hall.
