Union Road
Between Crediton's High Street and East Road is Union Road. There are a number of listed structures along this road. Union Road was cut through in 1836.

Likely to have been a staging post, built around 1836.

This house also dates from 1836.
The Buller Memorial
Dedicated to the General Sir Revers Buller V.C. erected in 1911. Redvers Buller (1839-1908) is a hero of the West Country and was born in Crediton.

9 Union Road
Also built around 1836 this house was divided in to flats.
11 Union Road
This house, now with the ground floor converted to a shop, dates from around 1730.
Gateway and Railings to the Churchyard of the Parish Church
The gate and rails along Church Street were installed in 1829, with those in front of the church added during 1838. The railings no longer exist.
War Memorial
A beautiful memorial installed in 1923 with the names of Crediton's dead from The Great War.
Winfrith's Well
Based in Newcombe's Meadow it is not know hold old this is, but it appears to have been rebuilt in the 20th century. It is named after Winfrith, better known as St Boniface.
