Old Tiverton Road runs North-East from Blagdon Terrace towards Creedy Bridge until it joins the A3072.
Dartmoor Railway Inn and Attached Ranges Round Stable Yard
A former hotel and public house, built around the 1830's, at the same time as part of Taw Vale, on land owned by the railway.

Crediton Station has been beautifully maintained by Friends of Crediton Station and most of it is rightfully listed.
The station was opened in 1851 and was designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel. The waiting rooms are likely to date from the same time but may have been erected in the 1860's.
The Signal Box is likely to have been receted in 1868 when London South West Railways took over the running of the line. The footbridge was added in 1878.
Fordton Bridge (That Part in Crediton Parish)
An earlier bridge is recorded as being in decay in 1668, the current bridge was built in the 1700's and crosses the river Yeo.
Taw Vale

The land Taw Vale was built on land owned by the railway and bought by Taw Valley.
These buildings, a hotel, date from around 1830, the same time as the Dartmoor Railway Inn.
Fordton Cottage
Built in the 1730's Fordton Cottage was remodelled in the 1820's.
